Make congressional positions in GS scale

1. Congress on GS 14-15 scale (no slide to 15 until cap 14) with same leave accrual and holidays, and receive no other perks (corporate credit card for expenditures, no pay raises other than COLA, locality pay, no business meal tax write-offs since Gov't is not a business and members answer to voters not other members, lobbyists, etc)
2. No paid appearances, gifts, money, vacation home for a week, business meals, etc-members unable to accept any gift (monatary or otherwise)
3. Paid staff limited to 1 paid staff assistant and 1 secretary (unlimited unpaid interns)
4. Hold those flagrantly proving incorrect FACTS accountable, fine, and reduce Grade Step so innocent people are not misinformed
5. Modify Govt buildings to LEED green standards and lead by example (jobs, innovation)
