make Constitutional amendments to a.) protect woman's reproductive rights and b.) protect the rights of gays/lesbians.

I am completely for the protection of our Constitution, but I find it sick that owning a gun, which should be only used by the military, is more important and was less regulated than my reproductive parts and my gay friends pursuit of happiness, which first and foremost, is their protected right under the United States Constitution. Religion should not dictate politics, as that is why our founding fathers came to this country. If an amendment is the only way to ensure my and my friends rights, then I petition the government to do so. Not only for us, but for my son and daughter and their children and so on and so forth.
