Make contraceptive coverage by a third party be automatically applied unless an employer states they will cover it.

Created by B.H. on April 19, 2015

Whereas the Supreme Court has shown antipathy towards protecting the compensation of employees from religious veto by employers, we the people petition the White House to amend the current policy in regards to the contraceptive mandate such that employers must positively affirm that the plan they sign up for will cover contraception, or the coverage must be provided via a third party, in the same manner that currently employers must sign a letter or fill out a form to state that they will not provide such coverage.

Healthcare insurance is not a service provided by an employer, but compensation for service, no different than their dollar wages. If the Supreme Court will not protect employees' compensation, then the rules need to be changed to provide protection unless employer-provided.
