There needs to be harder penalties for DUI related cases. When a man/women kills someone while driving under the infuance of alchohol they should not be tried with manslauter they should be tried with murder, they made the choice to get in the car while intoxicated and they knew of the possible out comes of the situation.
We should not have people with multiple DUI's driving our roads, the roads that our children, our families, our friends use.
We need this more than gun control, DUI's kill more people that guns every year. This needs to stop.
We need stonger penlties to keep our children and families safe not just give drivers a slap and the wrist and tell them not to do it again
