Offshore Outsourced non-native English speaking "Customer Care" agents are the scourge of so very many Americans. The Outsourcing of jobs to Offshore "Customer Care" agents does a disservice to both corporations that do this as well as their customers.
A.T.&T. listened to its customers and brought home jobs from its Offshore Outsourced centers. Corporations that will not provide jobs for Americans, that provide no relief for the bad service Americans are having to endure, that provide no access and hide from the public any way to contact them so that they can hear our opposition ought to be made to hear us by having to pay substantial taxes & penaties for their disdain of the American consumer.
