The term coined by the children's movie "Elf" includes the phrase "cotton headed ninny muggins" as a foul utterance to the elves present in the movie. We as petitioners believe that we should respect the wishes of the elves in Santa's Workshop by condemning the phrase for public use in order to not offend any elves during this holiday season.
