make courts not treat squatters like tenants, but as criminals who broke into a house trying to claim it as their own.

We would like to see squatters kicked to the streets and thrown in prison because since they broke into a house ILLEGALLY, they should be dealt with like a criminal. Instead squatters are dealt with like tenants, even though tenants reside LEGALLY and squatters do NOT.
