Make courts to return children to their biological parents if the parents have had no problems for 5 years.

My son has been with his Maternal Uncle for 10 years and the judge will not let his Mother or I to get him back due to being bias to us. My son's Uncle keeps lying to keep my son from his mother and I just so they do not loose the extra income they recieve each month. Even though we have advised the Judge that we love our son and want him home with us.
