Each year America's iq is raising by about 10 points, on the other hand our creativity rates have been declining. CEO's and other leaders have stated that creativity is neededto succeed. We need creativity to solve new problems arising in the near future. If America's youth cannot get creativity back up again the future will suffer. In order for creativity to rise teachers and schools must help. Memorization and testing are causing out creativity to go down and teachers could change that if they implement new engaging and creative activities. We need to step up to the creative plate and hit a home run before we all start to suffer from it.
