Make crimes involving the rape of children under the age of 8 eligible for the death penalty.

For over a decade a pediatrician in Lewes, Delaware raped his patients. These children were as young as infants and averaged 3 years in age. The crimes this man committed were horrific. This man deserved the death penalty but it was not an option. We need to change the laws to allow the death penalty to be an option in the rape of very young children.
