Make current tax rates permanent; freeze ALL budgets at 2010 level; then reduce ALL agency budgets by 1% per yr for 10yr

Divided government is apparently unable to decide issues of taxes and spending. Put the choice in the hands of the people. Businesses and investors need certainty on tax rates, so put an end to the "temprary" tax cuts and make them all permanent until real tax reform can be passed. To get the debt under control we need to freeze budgets at some predetermined level, then begin reducing them. Every organization has some level of waste, and can certainly be 1% more efficient every year. This applies to the military, social security, medicare, and the White House' own EOP budget. Do something!
