Thousands of travelers arrive everyday into US airports from abroad. Lines for Customs and Immigration lines are reaching lengths of up to 4 hours in many major US airports. This causes many passengers to miss connections, costing them, and the airline they travel on, a lot of money. We ask to:
1. Staff more CBP officers to help ease congestion at US airports.
2. Not to open a preclearance facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Instead to put it in an airport that has more flights a day to the US (i.e. London-Heathrow, Tokyo-Narita, etc...).
3. Many CBP officers are rude to passengers, if they are the first people that foreigners meet in the US, that makes their trip very unpleasant and does not help in making a good reputation for the United States.
These problems need to be addressed ASAP.
