Our deficit is so large, yet congress is allowed large salaries, lush benefits (free of cost) and retirement packages after only a few years of service. We the people need to stop this! Reduce their salaries, make them pay their part for benefits just like we have to! And make them save for their retirement just like any other American has to do. These salary modifications would help with balancing the nations deficits.
