Make up-to-date taxes a condition of employment for staff in legislative, judicial, and executive branches of government

As the President has asserted on several occasions, he believes our country succeeds when everyone pays their fair share and plays by the same rules. However, a recent IRS report indicates many White House and Congressional staffers owe, collectively, millions of dollars in back taxes. Let's make sure everyone IS playing by the same rules and make it a condition of employment for aides and staffers in all three branches of our federal government, Legislative, Executive, and Judicial to be current on all state and federal taxes.
