Make David Cook's birthday a national holiday.

David Cook, originally of Plainview, NY, is a heck of a guy. He is adored by his brother, Josh Cook. He has friends, I think, and people who love him, I assume. He's a humanitarian in that he allows other humans to live, though sometimes they require head butts. He's a job creator, having opened his own business and given people jobs, though frankly, most of the credit probably belongs with his brother. He's a stand-up guy, in that he will stand-up to any guy that even looks at him funny. He's a good "friend," and by that, I mean the opposite of that. So lets do this man the honor of making January 16 a national holiday. He wants it, and really, the rest of us would love a national holiday. if the reason is Dave Cook's birthday, well...who cares what the reason is.
