Make it permanent. Do it. Surely this is something both parties in Congress can agree on (then again, maybe not). There are zero things I want to do in the sun between 5 and 7am. There are many things I want to do in the sun between 5 and 7pm. No one seriously wants to go home in the dark at 5pm. Reduce energy costs in the winter. Make Daylight Saving Time permanent.
