DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks, involve many people sending packets to a website at a quick rate. There are some programs such as LOIC that do this very quickly, however you can do the same thing by refreshing you browser. DDoSing is currently illegal. How can this be? After all, it can be considered as a "cyber sit-in." Sit-ins are legal, are they not? Sitting in a restaurant and not letting anyone else get in is legal, but refreshing your page a couple thousand times isn't. Some may say it is destructive, however it may be our last choice if the people want reform. We live in a new age! Almost everyone in the nation has a computer. DDoSing really has the same effect as many people going on a website at the same time. So please, don't take this from us, let us speak our mind
