Make the death penalty mandatory in all states for anyone tried and found guilty of committing the act of murder.

Created by C.D. on January 31, 2013

If we made the death penalty a mandatory sentencing for those who have been tried and found guilty with hard evidence of committing murder then it may be possible to limit the number of occasions where people are gunned down for no reason. It may save a life or two. It may make a criminal decide a different path knowing that if he is found guilty of taking a life his will be taken from him. That they will not receive free room and bored in the next open cell and that they will know how it felt to the people they have killed. Our technology has become more advanced and we are able to catch criminals in a more confident manor than we use to. So why not try it again and this time mean it!
