Make the death penalty mandatory when a victim is murdered as a result of human trafficking or sex trafficking.
Despite rape not being classified as a civil right violation forcing a person to be a sex slave is one of the most despicable/horrendous things a person can do to another. Sex trafficking is becoming all too common today making this a necessary law to preserve innocent life.
