I do not work and earn money, only to have it go to these offenders. There are approximately 15,000 convicted murders in the prison system, ll of which have to eat and use the restroom and have a prison cell and whatever else. This cost money, of course. This money doesn't grow on trees. I would rather not support rapist and other men and women who have committed disgusting crimes against society and humanity as a whole. What are we teaching our children about consequences. When a person kills somebody they take that person's life, and more often than not, they ruin the lives of the victims loved ones. If you take the life of multiple people, how is it fair that you get to keep yours.
