make December 24th, John McClane Day, to honor his heroic actions that save Christmas in 1988 and 1990.

Created by B.W. on December 17, 2015

On December 24th, 1988 a fictional terrorist named Hans Gruber overtook the Nakatomi Plaza in attempt to steal $640 million in bearer bank bond, while also taking the company employees hostage. Luckily for America, John McClane, happened to be in the building visiting his wife (one of the hostages). Mr McClane took it upon himself to save the hostages, prevent Hans Gruber from stealing the bonds, and kill all the terrorists when no one else was able to do so.
Then on Christmas Eve 1990, Mr McClane again save Christmas when a group of mercenaries took control of Dulles Airport in an attempt to free imprisoned drug lord and dictator Val Verde. Mr McClane heroically foiled the mercenaries plan and saved the day once again.
