President Obama should tell the American people what his decision is by 8 pm Eastern Time on March 16th, 2014 or by 8 pm Eastern Time on the 8th day after this petition achieves 100,000 votes. He should say "Yes" or "No" on the Keystone Pipeline. His decision should be clear.
