We the People recognize that the detention and prosecution of terrorist Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, Boston Marathon Bomber, is a Federal matter. However, it is with good conscience that we request a public oversight of his detention, interrogation, and any matters relating to the investigation into his terrorist activities.
The Federal Government has proven multiple times negligence and arrogance in the handling of high profile cases that directly influence American policy, and security (Benghazi, Fast and Furious). Leaving many cover-ups in place, facts convoluted, and questions unanswered.
We the People demand that this suspect not be allowed to vanish into the background like the terrorist Nidal Malik Hasan, and that the People of the United States are afforded the respect they deserve.
