Make the development of chemical plants less than 100 miles from the Florida coast line illegal.

I want to help the wildlife here in Florida by limiting the building of chemical plants. Many of the reasons that the beautiful wildlife in this state(and all over the country) are dying and becoming endangered is because of us humans, and I'm taking a stand to help make things right.
