Make dirt-bikes and atv's street legal

Dirt-bikes and atv's can be a simple solution to our transportation, energy and pollution concerns. If legalized for on road use, many of these vehicles would provide a large leap in fuel efficiency due to the smaller engine size and overall lighter weight. They also take up alot less space, relieving traffic density in highly populated areas. We don't have to allow them on freeways to reduce the risk of injury to riders around fast moving automobiles. An atv is far less expensive than an automobile, allowing more citizens to be mobile and thus give them more potential to be productive. In conclusion, I think passing a law allowing registration of off-road vehicles with proper equipment( horn, lights, turn signals) could be very beneficial to our society
