EBT and Disablity Benefits are not at all a bad thing. Our wounded veterans, elderly, or anyone truly disabled need these benefits. But they are being given to people who simply do not want to work, not to the people who really need it. We are petitioning for the government to enforce a proper screening to everyone applying for EBT or Disablity and instead give it to those who need it. They should force those who are not disabled to support themselves like the other citizens who work to make a living. If someone is completely able to work, they should not get a free ride and steal the benefits from people who really need it. EBT should be given to those unemployed but only for so long, say six months. EBT is for those struggling not those who don't want to work.
