Help stop discrimination against sexual orientation and make it illegal, as part of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) laws.
This petition, if approved & passed would make it illegal for employers to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of the person's sexual orientation, being: lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender/transsexual (LGBT) and be enforced by the EEOC.
We can't stop all discrimination against LGBT but we can stop employers from refusing to hire LGBTs and discriminating against a homosexual employee; and that's a step in the right direction for equality for all humans!
