Make the distinction between Type one diabetes and Type two diabetes by renaming and educating on the extreme difference

There needs to be a clear difference made between the two diseases. Type one diabetics unlike type two diabetics cannot simply watch their diet and exercise to control the disease. Type ones no longer produce insulin and the pancreas no longer functions. Unfortunately type one strikes mostly children who have to live in the shadow of type two diabetes and spend their precious time explaining that their disease and type two are far from the same. Type ones have to have several injections of insulin each day just to live or be on a constant flow through a pump that is attached to them 24 hours a day for the rest of their lives. Type one is becoming more prevalent in our families and now is the time that the distinction needs to be made between the two disease that are vastly different.
