Make a divorce decree to be leagal and binding in a court of Law as well as Cival court

When one party of a leagal divorce, is awarded property, or items, the other party should be held harmless for the actions of the first party. i.e. a vehical with a joint loan attached is awarded to the first party that party should be held responcible for that loan and the second party should be able to use their divorce decree to remove themselves from that loan providing they second party is not orderd at the time of divorce to pay said loan by the appointed judge, if the first party is awarded the item and all responsibilty for said item the second party shall be held harmless from all leagal and financial obligations connected to said item
