Make DNA ancestry tests free and accessible to those who are deprived of their ancestry through no fault of their own.

Millions of Americans are walking "phantoms" because they do not know who they are. They have been deprived of knowing their ancestry due to unfortunate circumstances that they had no control over such as slavery, adoption, abandonment, dispersion by war, or other atrocities. Not knowing who you are not only leaves a void and has negative psychological effect, but can have a dangerous effect on the health and overall well being on the individual and their family. Not knowing one's ancestry makes them susceptible to health crises. Many have died because they didn't have relevant accurate information regarding their ancestry. Color is not a determining factor of ancestry. Assumptions based on color is dangerous to one's health while laying in a hospital bed. It is a Human Right to know.
