Make DNA testing mandatory for the Mother, Father, and new born child before the child is allowed to leave the hospital.

For many years we have heard stories about men believing they are the father of a child that turns out to be fathered by another man. There a numerous news articles, and personal experiences on the matter. As American citizens we have the right to live as we wish, whether that be remaining loyal to the person we have a relationship with, or not. The reason we the people demand mandatory DNA testing for all parties involved in the birth of a child is so the justice system does not serve in the defrauding of men who are oblivious to whether they are the father of the child or not. We can avoid having years of illegitimate payments for child support, and the court can focus on more important matters. This matter is long overdue, and our nation should move forward with urgently.
