Demand the DNC drop the Exclusivity Clause and allow for More Debates

Created by B.Y. on November 08, 2015

As of Nov 8, 2015, the Republicans have had 3 Presidential debates and are scheduled to have at least 9 more. In contrast, the DNC has scheduled only 4 Democratic Presidential debates and all, save one, at very odd times guaranteed not to illicit strong viewership.

Not only does Debbie Wasserman Schultz decline to add more debates, she has also included an exclusivity clause which does not allow the candidates to accept debates set up by other entities. This is not very democratic.

We ask that President Obama, as head of the Democratic Party, intervene and ask her to drop the exclusivity clause so that other entities can set up additional debates which will allow voters to get to know all of the candidates and make an informed voting decision. come Election Day.
