It's time for the Obama administration to stop holding Americans back. We spend billions of dollars each year on dumb stuff like education, why not put out some of that federal money to good use and make Dom Siravo a fully functional cyborg, equipped with jet propulsion legs and a laser guided rocket launcher for an arm.
Why? Can you imagine if China gets a bunch of cyborgs before we do, that's not a world I would want my children to grow up in. I fully consent to whatever risks are inherent in the augmentation procedures, and also agree to have my consciousness transfered to an external hard drive for future improved versions of myself. Also if Obama wants to make me a robot dog companion that's cool too.
