Make the Draft Law Equal for Both Men and Women.

At present, the draft only includes the male population. All the reasons for not drafting women have been proven false by the current generation of women serving in the military. Women serving in the military have come home in body bags, and the country did not fall apart. Women have won medals, have been injured with permanent consequences and have fought in combat. We have taken women away from their children by calling up the National Guard. All the reasons that used to be given for not including women in the draft are outdated. This law needs to be fair and include everyone. The male population is keenly aware of needing to register at age 18. We will never have true equality for women until females are also included in the draft.
