Drafting is not constitutional. The 13th amendment abolishes slavery and forced work. However, drafting is forcing someone to fight for the military. Also, many religions are against war and supporting it, such as my own. You deny people their freedom of religion, and by forcing people to take oath to a job they might not want, you restrict their freedom of speech. Also, many die in war, and many more suffer from PTSD related to war. When you draft, you force those chances on to people. I personally will never join the military, and I do not want to be forced to join.
