make driving in the LEFT lane illegal. The LEFT lane is for passing not driving. Make a national law Pass & Pull over

PASS AND PULL OVER:
Slow left lane drivers are dangerous and they slow the flow of traffic. We need a national law and education and enforcement of Pass and then Pull over to the right. The Right lane is for driving and slower vehicles. The Left lane is for passing. It is safer to pass on the left bc that is the side the steering wheel is on.
Stop harassing drivers with speeding tickets and start TICKETING LEFT Lane drivers if
1- there is no one in front of them and no one inhibiting moving to the right
OR
2-if you are not going at LEAST the posted speed limit
AND
3- NO vehicles with more than 2 axles in the LEFT lane
