Driving while talking on a cellphone is said to interfere with driving ability and some studies say it is even more dangerous than driving drunk.
Research suggests that the increased cognitive workload involved in holding a conversation causes the increased risk. This even includes hand-free devices and is the same as speaking with a passenger.
I urge in order to maintain absolute safety while driving, the following activities should be banned while driving:
Talking to passengers or phone
Listening to music with vocals
Eating
Drinking
Shaving
Blowing or picking your nose
Adjusting A/C or heating settings
