as we know ADC , SSI , SNAP and state Medicaid and Medicare is provided by those who work hard and pay taxes. I am very thankful for that. Some women and men take advantage of this generous programs. I would be willing to take a required drugs screen to receive any and all benefits that I may qualify for. These programs are available for those who need it not those that are lazy. I also think a fingerprint should be required as well for proof that you are who you say you are. Fingerprints are taken when you are born when they foot print and handprint an infant. I feel this would be a HUGE defense against abuse of the programs.
