We have a right to ensure that those who collect food stamps and unemployment checks put the money (or credit in the case of food stamps) toward its intended use. This type of policy one could argue to be invasive of privacy, but this is only to ensure that the welfare given is put to good use. The People of the United States should not be forced to fund one's drug expenditure.
