Make drug testing MANDATORY for welfare recipients

This petition is to make the White House acknowledge the way that hardworking tax payers money is being freely given to sometimes deadbeat, lazy, illicit drug using citizens who would rather get a free ride from the government than to go and actually look for work and be self sufficient. This would make it a LAW recognized federally and nationally as opposed to a state-by-state basis as is the case in Florida. Too much money is allocated for these programs without, I believe, a thorough enough background check into those who would wish to benefit from them
