Make drug testing for people collecting government benefits mandatory, illegal drug use should disqualify them.

I strongly agree that if people who may be less fortunate than I, that are on welfare or unemployment should only be able to collect benefits if able to pass a drug screen. If I have to pee in a cup to collect a paycheck then they should too!!!
