Enact federal law requiring illegal drug testing for controlled substances for all applicants and recipients of any govement social aid inculding welfare, aid to dependant children, social security diability, housing aid, utility assistance, and all other entitlement programs.
Reduce the available revenue for the purchase and manufacturing of illegal drugs. Save tax dollars from being used for illegal activities. Protect the income of honest hard working American Citizens from waste and abuse of individuals "playing the system".
