Drug tests need to be mandatory to be on welfare. If a druggie has some extra cash their going to want to get their fix then go and stick their hand out to hard working Americans who obey the laws and actually work hard for a living. This money should not be wasted on these people who don't want to help themselves. It needs to be used for the men and women trying to support their families the right way.
