In an effort to crack down on welfare abuse, it would be favorable to make drug testing mandatory for all welfare recipients. This should also include random, unannounced drug tests to be sure recipients remain drug free. If the majority of employers perform drug tests on employees, then welfare recipients should be required to take one to recieve the free financial aide. Tighter regulations should be able to effectively cut down on welfare abuse. Also make it available only to legal US citizens.
