We the people petition for the Obama administration to make Easter Sunday a national holiday. Most, even if not all, Funding Fathers celebrated the Resurrection of Jesus the Christ three days after His crucifixion and death. In making this a national holiday, we would honor our Founding Fathers, honor a majority and minority citizens that are Christians, and honor the God of all things. Also, no businesses should be open Easter Sunday as a mandatory practice.
