America is failing in the educational field. People graduating from college are in debt and cannot find jobs. Making education free will ignite creativity that our nation had once upon a time. No drop out zone for children under 18. Think of the creative business people that NEVER make it to college or through High School. MBA's graduating from college can start up businesses because they are not hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt. The prison population would decrease because people would be EDUCATED and know how to make a buck in America. They would also know and understand the difference between right and wrong!
