If the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, has given every single citizen the right of religion and speech, then why can't an Islamic holiday be treated as equally as Christmas, Dias Los Muertos, New Years, Heritage day and Hanukkah. Not asking for more, but Muslims need to be recognized. Sometimes the little celebrations are on the calendar, but the Islamic ones are not. If this country is all about diversity, then Islam should be treated an equal to Christians, Catholics, Jews, and more. Sometimes just a little difference can probably make our country at the top of their game after all, but actions need to be taken. So if you're a Muslim or not, please be a part of this big change, because maybe this one little change can help millions of citizens in the USA have their voices heard.
