We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Make Election Day a Federal Holiday

Created by J.S. on November 17, 2016

Having the National Election on a standard business day often restricts many citizens from being able to vote. To increase voter participation in our country's government, citizens need to be relieved of their daily obligations so that they may fulfill their civic duties. In order to do this, election day should be a National holiday that will enable busy Americans to participate in our proud tradition of voting.
