One of the most important duties of American Citizens is to vote. However, many Americans do not vote. Part of the reason must be that Election day (the first Tuesday of November) is not a national Holiday.
I would ask the government to make this day a Holiday to help encourage more people to vote by giving them the time to participate in the system .
