Most other democracies in the world consider Election Day as a National Holiday. In Australia, voting is compulsory, going as far as to fine those eligible to vote who do not.
In a country where many feel their voice is not heard, let's make it ever so slightly easier to provide the opportunity to participate in their most fundamental right as a citizen of the oldest democracy in the world.
